We're currently building our portfolio of completed cabins, which is why launch pricing is below the standard rate. If you'd like to talk to a previous client before deciding, reply to the email we send after purchase and we'll connect you.
Because these are pre-drawn, not custom. A custom architect drawing equivalent plans typically charges $5,000–$10,000 for a 3-bedroom cabin,but they're drawing for one specific client on one specific lot. We've already drawn this design for previous clients. Your $149 licenses the existing drawings to you, plus our time when you call us with questions. Same architect quality, different distribution model.
Real drawings. Drawn in AutoCAD by our team. We use AI for some marketing renders and conceptual sketches, but every line in the structural, MEP, and architectural plans is drawn by an architect or engineer on our team. The editable CAD files (.dwg) you receive open natively in any AutoCAD viewer and show every drawing's edit history.
Send their specific objection to us and we'll either adjust the plans (most cases) or get on a 15-minute call with both of you to walk through it. Building plans need translation between architect and contractor,that's part of what the package includes. The 30-minute consultation that comes with every purchase covers exactly this kind of question.
Yes. Our plans are designed to meet general residential code standards and include structural, architectural, and MEP documentation. Many clients have already used them to build across different U.S. regions and internationally.
Not a problem. The package includes both slab and crawlspace foundation options. If your site has a slope or requires a walkout basement, we offer that as an optional add-on. Your free Discovery Call is the best place to discuss specifics.
Yes. The included editable CAD (DWG) files let you or a local designer adapt the layout. Many clients personalize the floor plan, add rooms, or shift openings to fit their lifestyle or land. We also offer custom modification services.
In most cases, yes. The plan set includes architectural drawings, structural layout, and MEP diagrams, plus REScheck energy compliance for Climate Zones 2 and 3. Some jurisdictions may require a local engineer to stamp the plans.
